As a lifelong dancer, Tamara started her journey with Pilates and Yoga in 1996 which sparked her passion for understanding movement and finding clarity in the complexities of human function.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance & Pre-Movement Therapy and numerous certifications including Kripalu Yoga, Polestar Pilates, Merrithew Stott Pilates and Pilates Method Alliance. Her additional role in the Pilates community is Mentor/Educator for Polestar Pilates students.
She previously had been trained in dance specific rehabilitation and has taught for Joffery Ballet Midwest Summer Program.
Continuing to further her studies with some of the brightest minds in movement science and rehabilitation she has completed advanced studies in spinal pathologies, adaptations for scoliosis, biomechanics, pain management, movement science and adaptations for joint replacements.
She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist in pelvic floor dysfunctions, diastasis recti and also Pelvic Floor Fascial Trainer
Expanding on her passion and hunger for learning how best to work with the human body in 2018 she has completed an immersive training in AIM gait analysis with Gary Ward and Runity running biomechanics with Juan Nieto.
Tamara has a contemporary style of teaching that integrates the principles of multiple modalities to help simplify the complexities of movement for her clients. She has an attentive hands on approach to alignment and detail. Her practice is centered around those with specific performance goals or rehabilitation needs at any age in life.

Kathy is a comprehensively trained and nationally certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and (ACE) certified group fitness instructor. She has been involved in the fitness and movement industry for over 30 years, including past certifications as a personal trainer, water safety instructor, and synchronized swim coach (age group and collegiate). Her love for dance and water began at an early age and has been a competitive synchronized swimmer for over 50 years – competing nationally and internationally at the age group, collegiate and now master’s level. A former triathlete and runner, she has finished sprint to Ironman triathlons and marathons.

Angela Sutcliffe is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Trainer, and STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor. She was introduced to Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method during her time studying dance at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Tracy’s passion for functional wellness and movement training has evolved throughout her life. She has worked for over 25 years as an Occupational Therapist, helping people of all ages rehabilitate their bodies, integrate their nervous systems and maximize function in their daily lives. She holds a BA in Psychology, and a MS in Occupational Therapy.
She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, a USPA New York Pilates Certified Instructor and holds additional certifications in Neuro-Movement, Bal-a-vis-X, Brain Gym, Feet-Ness, Konnector and Bellicon Rebounding.
Tracy discovered Pilates in 2013, when she was recovering from a lumbar disc injury. After exploring multiple avenues, she found Pilates to be the key to rebalancing and finally healing her body. In 2018, Tracy completed her comprehensive USPA Classical Pilates certification with second generation pilates teachers Brett Howard, Jen O’Mara and David Freeman.

Bellicon Rebounder Training: As both an OT and a fitness instructor Tracy appreciates the long list of positive health impacts of Bellicon rebounding ranging from low impact cardiovascular benefits to vestibular training and improved lymphatic flow. In her OT practice, Tracy has found bouncing on the Bellicon rebounder to be very effective across all ages in helping people regulate their nervous systems and regain focus whether in the classroom or the office. Her fitness clients say they always feel happy when they are bouncing on the Bellicon and it is the most fun they have ever had working out.
